In conjunction with the visions of the strategic company, Libya Insurance, the company took over the official sponsorship of the "VII VII" conference for 2023, which was held under the slogan "Digital Transformation Command and Change Management - Institution Modeling". The company aims from this sponsorship to contribute to the march of digital transformation and technological development, and to invest in the rehabilitation of its human cadre in the field of digital data analysis and forecasts, with the aim of supporting the process of making strategic decisions.
As a step that enhances the company's role as a pioneer in the insurance sector and reflects its commitment to digital transformation and developing the field of smart driving.
The conference was held from 8 to 10 August 2023, and about 100 participants from Yemen, Palestine, Algeria, Egypt, and Sudan participated in the period, along with Libya. Experts from the Emirates, Syria and Lebanon were hosted, where the Change Department was discussed within institutions and companies in the governmental and private sectors, with a special focus on the modeling of institutions through digital transformation strategies and the need to develop institutions. The leadership role has also been discussed in seeing and implementing digital transformation and assessing the maturity of the institution in the use of digital technologies.
A delegation of the leaders of the Libyan Insurance Company participated in the conference, and the delegation included Mr. Akram Badr Al -Hassi, the company’s advisor, Mrs. Nadia Bassiouni, Director of Information Technology Department, Mrs. Salama Shaban, Director of the Budget Office, and Mrs. Salama Belkacem, Director of the Review Department. The participation of these leaders in the conference reflects the company's commitment to the digital transformation and enhancing its capabilities in implementing its strategy to insurance at the highest levels.
