Libya Insurance Holds Management Meeting to Review Operations and Enhance Institutional Performance

Libya Insurance Company held an expanded management meeting on Tuesday, 19 August 2025, chaired by Mr. Milad Abdulmajeed Gashouta, General Manager of the Company, at the main meeting hall of the General Administration headquarters.
The meeting was attended by the Company's senior executives and department managers, focusing on reviewing workflow progress, monitoring performance across various departments, discussing key operational challenges, and identifying effective solutions to enhance efficiency and achieve better results.
During the meeting, the General Manager emphasized the importance of intensifying efforts, strengthening a culture of responsibility, and promoting teamwork across all levels of the Company. He highlighted the necessity of maintaining high standards of quality and institutional excellence to support the Company's strategic objectives and leadership position in Libya's insurance market.
He also affirmed that Libya Insurance, with more than six decades of experience, will continue to play a vital role as one of the key pillars of the national insurance sector, while strengthening customer confidence through innovative and reliable insurance services.
This meeting is part of a series of regular management meetings aimed at monitoring performance, improving work mechanisms, enhancing coordination among departments, and supporting the Company's vision of excellence and sustainable growth.
