Libya Insurance Completes "Specialized Insurance Diploma" Program in Collaboration with Egypt’s Insurance Institute

Tripoli, December 2024 – As part of Libya Insurance Company’s strategic plan to enhance its employees’ skills and improve technical performance, the company has successfully conducted an advanced training program in partnership with Egypt’s Insurance Institute, one of the region’s leading specialized training institutions.
A Strategic Partnership for Excellence
The program resulted from a recent visit by Mr. Milad Abdelmajid Qshouta, Libya Insurance’s General Manager, to Egypt, where he signed a cooperation agreement focused on training and developing the company’s technical staff in line with global insurance industry standards.
Intensive Training to Strengthen Expertise
Twelve employees from various departments and branches participated in an intensive five-week training course, featuring theoretical lectures and practical applications on risk assessment and advanced insurance management, utilizing cutting-edge international methodologies.
Graduation Ceremony and Certified Diplomas
The program concluded with a special ceremony at Egypt’s Insurance Institute, attended by Mr. Ahmed Rafiq, Secretary-General of the Institute, and Mr. Mohamed Ali Al-Talib, Director of Na’am Training & Development Center. Participants received certified diplomas, equipping them with the expertise to provide innovative insurance solutions, precise risk assessments, and efficient operational management
