Marine Cargo Insurance Policy

This policy guarantees the protection of the transportation of goods by sea, air and on land according to different terms and prices. According to the type of coverage and its scope, from covering all risks to which goods are exposed, whether transported by sea, air or road from the supplier’s warehouses to the final warehouses of the importer, with the application of some exceptions to this limited coverage, which is limited to marine risks to which the transporting ship is exposed, and includes damages to goods during loading and unloading  or as a result of a fire, explosion, listing, sinking, ship collision, unloading of goods at the port of refuge, or any accidents that result if a general average declaration, with the exception of particular damages to normal marine insured risks destined to export  or internal distribution.
